What is it?
An art deco hotel based on its own private island overlooking Big bury on sea beach! This stunning Devonshire hotel dates back to 1929 and has been restored to its 1930’s glory. A white ocean liner moored on a tidal island looking out over shimmering grey seas and golden beaches.
Where is it?
Located in beautiful South Devon at Bigbury-on-Sea, approximately a four-hour drive outside of London. Though if you are looking to embrace the glamour of the hotel, you can fly into this hotel in just over an hour. Some will arrive by Sea Tractor, the only one in the world, it was designed in 1969 by Robert Jackson in exchange for a case of champagne.

The elegant ballroom can be hired for a black-tie evening with a live band available and a delicious three-course menu served.
